• Device data — your Customer ID is saved locally on your browser to speed up future checkouts. We do not collect cookies or track browsing behavior.

• Process your orders and quotation requests from Carbon Market.
• Contact you via phone or Facebook Messenger to confirm details and provide updates.
• Coordinate delivery of your items to your specified address.
• Maintain your order history so you can track past purchases.
• Resolve disputes, handle complaints, and improve our customer service.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Your Customer ID is stored only on your own device (browser local storage) and is never transmitted to our servers beyond what is needed to retrieve your order history.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your delivery address and contact number may be shared with third-party couriers solely for the purpose of delivering your order. These couriers are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
